"Is a clean and peaceful property located on the highway. It's close to prominent places like har ki pauri, mansa devi nd chandi temple."

"Location is beautiful and serene . All the staff are super helpful. Food was good . Spa was excellent.my two small issues are : there is a nice path behind the hotel and u can walk to Triveni ghat and actually all over Rishikesh avoiding the terrible traffic but hotel staff didn’t tel us and I only going it on my last day . I think hotel staff should do a 10 min session and advice about local paths to avoid the complete congested roads .The yoga sessions were very good but only 1 session a day I think they shd be more . If u want a peaceful retreat away from the frantic Tapovan this is best place to stay . However if u wish to stay in Tapovan then the roads leading are very congested and u shd look for somewhere else . I stayed with my family and would certainly come back to stay"

"The view is anazing. Everything else is not so good. This is the 4th and last visit. It has been getting worse and worse. I had to buy Detol and cloths to clean the bathroom, it smelt mouldy. The 2 boys tried to be helpful but the hotel is being run down. They have outsourced the food so you cant just buy Chi. You have to buy food with it and on Tuesday they wanted me to break my fast so I could have Chi. Very sad."

"The third day of my stay the electricity went out. They did not have an adequate generator to address this. Staff acted like there was nothing that could be done. Electricity was out for the majority of the day."

"The pictures on Expedia sites are a bit misleading as there is no way that you can see The Ganga from your balcony and the games room pictures are from their other hotel up the road. Having said that, we did sleep well and the breakfast was okay. "

"Location is amazing… very peaceful and right next to the ghat, which connects to Triveni Ghat. Perfect for aarti or just sitting by the river at night. But the room description is misleading, especially for the price you pay. They mention “lake view with balcony,” and honestly, I don’t understand what made them write lake view—there is no lake, it’s the Ganga river. Also, there is no private balcony in any room, just a common one outside the main lobby. So book accordingly and don’t expect a balcony room. Basics like bucket/mug, Wi-Fi details, and drinking water were also not provided upfront. Overall, it’s a beautiful property, but these things definitely need to be fixed."

"All was as expected good service, comfortable bed, clean bedding, attentive staff and quick to response. Definitely would book again. Although road improvement work outside this did effect our stay A Wonderful stay great location and thanks goes to all the staff and management for making our stay there special."
