"The good thing to say is that the receptionist was very friendly. And the covers in bed were clean.
The room was very dusty. The shower was dirty (inside the shower it was okay though). When I arrived at 3pm I was told the room wouldn't be ready in three hours. Even though I was supposed to check in at 2pm. But the receptionist was kind to let me into wiFi and "guard" my luggage in the hallway. "

"Place was dirty when we arrived. Probably it was used for some party, as everything smelled like cigarettes.
Location of the apartment is very good, area seems safe. Kit with detergent, sponge and dish soap was very helpful. "

Our only issue was the surrounding area and condition of the building exterior felt unsafe (was not unsafe though) and the parking was filled up fast during mid to end of day. Overall a great property and place to stay for a trip to Milan."
