"This is our third time staying at Hyatt House Davis. We enjoyed this stay particularly because we were given a room on the ground floor. It’s much more convenient staying on the ground floor. The amenities such as the free WiFi, complimentary breakfast and the exercise room were all very convenient. The staff were very helpful and good natured. We liked this trip very much. We will be back again."

"Stayed two nights. First night was on the 1st floor with a pool view. Everything was clean, staff was welcoming. Second night we booked a room with a courtyard view. Check in was slow, employee possibly named Sonia didn't seem to know what she was doing. Didn't give me a choice of first or second floor. Got in thd elevator and the keys didn't work. Went back and got in thr long line with 3 other guest who's keys didn't work. Finaly made it the room and the courtyard view was a a corner view of the building and trees the room had an odor. Noticed it in the hallway as well. Parking not great and they charge $15 a day. The garage was filled with vehicles from a nearby dealership on Monday morning and busy coming in and out."
