"These people ghosted me. Booked 24 hours before stay. I showed up and they never answered the phone or my messages. There is no front desk or reception area. I think this place is a scam. Once the customer service agent from hotels.com managed to get them on the phone. They said they didn’t speak English and after that they never answered the phone again. This place should not even be listed and travelers should stay away. "

"It was a decent stay: hot water, clean rooms, right next to the market, and easy to catch a cab. We heard the area was a bit dangerous, but we didn't have any issues, and the hotel is locked up at night. The only issue is you have to ring the doorbell to be let in, and you can hear the buzz all throughout the hotel, so we were woken up multiple times."

Very safe location, I was able to walk around late at night without worries. The best part was the excellent service from the front desk staff. "Our stay was amazing. The location is incredible - all alone on a mt top. The staff made us feel spoiled and they are so friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and seemed new actually. The views, the jacuzzi looking out over the mt and nearby city, the fireplace.... all made our stay magical. We did not eat dinner at the site, but breakfast was delicious."
