"If you like a small boutique hotel right on the beach, this is a perfect place to relax. The four-five bungalows that comprise the hotel grounds are cozy and back in a very remote area. The only thing lacking is a nice restaurant and everything closed at 6:00pm. Be prepared to go to Trancoso for dinner and nightlife (Quadrado). But that is a fun and interesting spot just 10 minutes from the hotel. Taxi’s are plentiful and about $10 US per trip. We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful and nice. No English speaking so be prepared!"
"The property is nice. It is by the ocean. They made an effort to upgrade it. But it still feels they are trying to be upscale on a budget. The furniture is not top and some pieces have some obvious defects.
We stayed in a garden room. Feels small. The "garden view" is really a view to a fence with some plants to make it green."
