had a fabulous time! Check in was great, great info on what to do on and off the property. Room was great, property was clean and beautiful. Food and drinks were great. The only thing I would have liked to see different was the music being played at the 5 O’clock Somewhere was American music. I’m in Puerto Rico, play some Puerto Rican music! "

"My room got flooded. My property got damaged. None of the amenities that were said to be included. I actually receive my children. Did not eat free when I did get a meal from travel. The food was dirty. There was still scales on my whole fish. It was horrible. I was charged $150 for a meal none of us could eat. This has been the worse trip experience I’ve had in my life time.
