It wasn't what I expected. The floors were sweaty the first 2 days of my stay. The furniture is out dated/old. Also we couldn't get a late check out. The staff was really nice and helpful

If you like mold and lack of health, you can stay here. We tried two different rooms and both had lots of mold. Room was also rundown. After we checked in, we saw mold in the room. Had a wait a few hours for another room to be cleaned. It had worse mold by the bed. We had to leave and find another hotel. Ended up staying at a Windsor hotel. Windsor is Wonderful.

Las habitaciones no son como salen en las fotos , están súper deterioradas , nos dieron la primera noche una habitación sucia y el baño súper en mal estado , luego reclamamos y nos cambiaron a otra que estaba mejor pero realmente no le han invertido nada al hotel es un hotel viejo . El desayuno deja mucho que desear todos los días lo mismo y mala calidad lo único bonito que tiene es la vista al mar

El área de la alberca muy bien, el plus es que esté climatizada, área de juegos infantiles muy buena y con niñeras, mi queja es con la limpieza de habitaciones, deja mucho que desear y el desayuno, diario es lo mismo solo huevo y salchicha el resto pan lácteos y algunas frutas. Deberían variar

Já havia. Ficado nesse hotel outras vezes com experiências boas , o que me fez escolher memso sendo à trabalho. Dessa vez um excesso de taxas e regras que não são esclarecidas antes da reserva .( e não era assim antes ) esse tipo de informação é importante para realização de escolha . Acabou a luz no outro dia , um curto que demorou bastante para ser resolvido. ( entendo ser um contratempo ) No Geral ótimos funcionários , inclusive um que teve traquejo com as condições da reserva às quais a primeira funcionária, não teve .

This was our second time staying at Wyndham Rio Barra. Our first experience in August 2024 was very positive, which is why I chose to book the hotel again for our family vacation. Unfortunately, this time was a major disappointment. The room we were given was outdated, with missing furniture and an overall unpleasant appearance. I addressed the issue with the front desk, but they repeatedly said there was nothing they could do beyond the room category I had booked—despite the fact that the room clearly did not meet the expected standard. The following day, I spoke to the front desk again, and they moved us to another room of the “same category.” While slightly better, it was still far from ideal. The shower floor was clogged and ended up overflowing, adding further frustration to our stay. I once again asked for a room change or a solution to improve our experience, but they insisted that the only option was a paid upgrade. This situation was not our fault—the room was simply not fit to accommodate any guest. Although I love the area, I do not plan to return to this hotel.

Hospedagem boa

A localização do hotel é excelente. Fui bem atendido por um rapaz na hora do check-in. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa. O quarto que alugamos ( Luxo Twin) era o correspondente à fotografia. O café da manhã oferece boa alimentação. Nada de diferente, mas suficiente. Voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Eu voltaria com certeza nesse hotel. Uma maravilha. Se puder sugerir algo seria: aquele olhar meticuloso de carinho, pois o frigobar estava com a pintura pipocada com sinais de ferrugem, coisa que pela estrutura do hotel deve ter gente pra melhorar isso. A parte da copa e porta do banheiro tambem precisam dar uma manutencao basica, quer por asseio, quer por estética pelo padrao 5 estrelas. Coisinha basica de marceneiro. Agora o que precisa de mais atencao é esse cafe da manha. Nao gostei! Era mamao, melao, melancia. Nao tinha banana, maça.... coisa que se encontra em qq pousada... Nao tem ilha de tapioca ou cuzcuz. So muito pão e bolo. Falta um equilibrio, ta meio que com gerencia sem nocao nesse aspecto. As opcoes saudaveis nao existe. Muita acucar nos bolos, sucos de caixa nao saudáveis Ruim. Alem disso, a chatisse de ter um monte de garcon tirando os pratos mal vc acaba de comer... Alias, as vezes metem a mao e precisa dizer NÃO! Tipo... por mim, isso foi o pior, voltando ao hotel, que como disse, foi maravilhoso, optaria por tomar cafe da manha fora, devido a escassez de um bom cafe, que nao se faz so com pão e essa chatisse dos caras tirando os pratos, se pondo ao lado da mesa, o que pra mim foi por demais negativo em pontos. O que como viram nao tira minha vontade de ir de novo, mas sem café! rs

Muy mala experiencia, no recomendable…..Al hacer check-in la habitación asignada no tenía electricidad, luego me dieron una habitación sin las camas necesarias. Se tardaron 1 hora en entregarme la habitación. En la estadía el hotel es muy sucio, olor a humedad y desayuno malo. Me tocó perder mi dinero de la estadía e ir a otro hotel Finalmente, de la cadena Wyndham sólo tiene el nombre, no cumple los standards de otros hoteles Wyndham en los que me he hospedado.

el desayuno muy bueno la atencion de todo el personas desde la recepcion personasl en general del hotel, las faclidades del supermercado 24/ 7 muy practico asi como una maquina expendedora de refrescos facilitan la estadia para cualquier hora un pluz extra desde este maginfico hotel ni que decir de las habitaciones bastante bien.

O hotel e muito bom, a estrutura e boa, apesar de no quarto ter algumas coisas a melhorar, como algumas partes do piso soltando, mas a localização e excepcional, as piscinas só dava pra usar uma de hidromassagem, pois o tempo estava fechado e o clima frio, e as outras piscinas estavam frias, o Café da manhã eu esperava mais opções, pela qualidade do lugar, esperava bem mais, mais em resumo, o local e muito bom e vale a pena, voltarei outras vezes, o diferencial e a vista dos quartos, e o que não me agradou foi que as janelas da sacada não abre, então não dá pra ouvir o barulho do Mar, das ondas.
