This is a great hotel. Everything is great including the room, the staff and the amenity. The only downside is that Uber drivers can not find this hotel easily as the Google map would direct them to a side door that is always closed, they have to take a big detour to find the way come into the hotel. It happens to all six of my Uber drivers.

Tuve mi peor experiencia en este Hotel en todos los años que tengo viajando, nunca he dejado comentario negativo. Aquí les cuento: 1- Como no tenían Plancha en la Habitacion la solicite en recepción y llego luego de 4 horas después de 3 llamadas me la trajeron. 2- Pedí de favor algun tipo de flexibilidad con la salida, mi vuelo es en la noche y lo que me dijeron que solo puedo dejar las maletas en recepción. 3- La ubicacion es de lo peor, gaste un dineral el Uber. Los Tour disponibles se negaron a recogerme en el hotel por lejos. No rente vehículo porque esperaba mejor ubicación. 4- Tenía que salir de la habitación para poder usar el wifi, no servía dentro, muy lento. Nota: No tengo quejas de la limpieza ni del desayuno.

Excelente hospedagem! Funcionários extremamente educados, cordiais e preparados para atender. Nossos cumprimentos especiais ao recepcionistas Cauã e Rebeca, que nos receberam maravilhosamente bem no check-in e no checkout. Quanto às instalações, o hotel oferece tudo o que é preciso para uma estadia confortável. Limpeza excelente e café da manhã farto, variado e delicioso. Recomendamos o hotel e esperamos retornar.

Atendimento de mal a pior

É a quarta ou quibta vez que me hospedo no Lagune. De otimas experiências a pessimo atendimento. Realmente ja reclamei, se retrataram uma vez. Estive novamente no Hotel, conhevi o gerente Felipe. Mudou a gerencia e novamente show de horror no Atendimento. Sr Jose, o gerente atual nem responde as mensagens. Pena. Hotel lindo, tinha tudo para estar entre os melhores do Rio, mas vem decaindo muito. Nao tenho indicado.

Precisa melhorar!

O hotel tem tudo para ser de qualidade, mas acredito que falte manutenção em diversas áreas. A pia do banheiro estava vazando água, o piso do quarto estava soltando em dois lugares diferentes e o ar condicionado simplesmente não funciona! Não consegui dormir a noite inteira de tanto calor, pois o mínimo do mínimo não adiantou nem pra refrescar. Café manhã ok, mas sempre faltava algo e as mesas são poucas pro tanto de hóspedes que vão tomar café ao mesmo tempo. É um bom hotel pra quem vai aproveitar algum evento no Riocentro e precisa só de um lugar pra dormir e trocar de roupa, mas fora isso, não recomendo.

Desorganização da equipe

Fechei duas diárias em momentos distintos devido à indisponibilidade da agenda inicialmente. Ao chegar, informei a situação à recepção, que prontamente realizou os dois check-ins e organizou para que eu permanecesse no mesmo quarto, evitando troca, já que expliquei ser formanda de medicina e precisava descansar após a festa. No entanto, a experiência foi frustrante. Por falta de organização, a recepção ligou para o quarto às 13h, e às 13h30 bateram à porta solicitando contato com a recepção — que, ao ser contatada, apenas se desculpou, dizendo que estava tudo certo. Acabei sendo despertada e tive dificuldade para voltar a dormir. Quando consegui dormir novamente, por volta das 15h, uma camareira entrou no quarto sem autorização. Descobri que a placa de “não perturbe” havia sido retirada indevidamente por quem esteve na porta mais cedo. Felizmente, eu estava apenas dormindo, mas a situação foi extremamente inconveniente. Já havia me hospedado no hotel anteriormente e a experiência tinha sido excelente, mas, desta vez, infelizmente, deixou a desejar.

Me hospedei no Lagune Barra quando fui para o Rio conhecer a Bienal do Livro e que experiência incrível! Tudo! Escolhi o hotel por ser o mais próximo do evento e foi a melhor escolha que poderíamos ter feito! Era o hotel oficial, saíamos do hotel e entrávamos na Bienal sem pegar fila, sem ir pra rua... E o hotel é maravilhoso! Fomos bem atendidas, café da manhã ótimo, limpo, organizado. Voltarei na próxima Bienal!

Eu gostei muito, a recepção demora para atender o telefone e solicetei o ferro de passar roupa e demorou muito pois o hotel estava cheio e tinha poucos ferros. Tirando esse pequeno detalhe tudo maravilho. O fato de ter somente tomada 220 também limita a gente do que usar no quarto.
