"Room was small , but quiet with air conditioning which was a bonus , large bathroom with lovely shower , breakfast was a buffet but lovely tasting.
Wax quite busy but not a problem. Staff were friendly and helpful."
"Being a four star hotel you would expect some standards and more amenities in the room.
Check in wasn’t great, waited quite some time for it, room as said earlier I would have expected more amenities, like slippers, bath robes, breakfast too more hot food options, not just full English breakfast."
"The staff were very helpful. The room was clean. The bathroom was so tiny, no room to move even though it was a family room. The only toiletries was a small tablet of soap which was put on the white bedside cabinet so could not be seen, until the morning. The hotel was a hotel with the majority of the other accommodation as accommodation units like a holiday camp. The inside pool was actually an outside building with the pool inside. The parking had plenty of spaces."
"The room was immaculate upon our arrival and the breakfast was a typical normal continental breakfast. The view was exceptional and the location for our cruise terminal was superb. All in all - it was a wonderful place to stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer or arrived earlier to investigate the area."
"As a family we had a good stay overall, very clean, well maintained furniture, big beds, beautiful bathroom with incorporated shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand gel and body lotion.
The room had included a hairdryer, iron, safe box for valuables, kettle and various coffee/tea selections; however for a family room there was NO FRIDGE which I found unusual especially when travelling with a toddler, it should be a necessity in a hotel room.
There wasn't anywhere to dry our towels/bathing suits, and for a hotel near the beach it doesn't make sense, also we couldn't open any windows- felt a bit claustrophobic.
The AC was very useful during the heatwave.
Not a lot of storage space.
Lovely breakfast served everyday, plenty of food options, the waffle maker was definitely a nice touch.
For a short stay it was alright, but I wouldn't book here again.
Luckily it was at a good price.
Thank you for our stay xx"
