•Good check in, was given all information •Room was big and spacious However: •The swimming pool did not feel like 34°c •There were ants in the room so had to be changed to another room but the next one had a dirty shower head and the pillow cases had dirty stains on them. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Rimini :)

Probably one of the better hotels in rimini, funished to a nice standard. Very helpful staff. Breakfast is amazing, incredible selection and high quality. Beach is close and lovely ...across the promenade. Would definitely return.

À notre arrivée, on nous a averti que le spa était fermé seulement après avoir demandé notre CB. Hors c était une des raisons pour laquelle nous avions choisi cet hôtel!! Aucun service, bagagiste inexistant, 15mn d attente pour un apéro au bar! Bref séjour mitigé

Senz'altro soddisfacente 👍 la nostra esperienza all'Hotel Savoia 🏨, bella struttura ricettiva presso la quale abbiamo alloggiato lo scorso fine settimana. Arrivati in loco sulle 15.30 🕞 di sabato, abbiamo avuto inizialmente qualche difficoltà a capire come accedere al parcheggio 🅿️ interrato, dovendo quindi chiamare 📞 l'albergo 🏨 per una delucidazione in merito. Alla fine abbiamo appreso che tutti gli accessi, dal parcheggio 🅿️ alla reception, si affacciano sul lungomare 🏖 e non invece su Via Vespucci, come si potrebbe pensare a tutta prima. Una volta sistemata l'auto 🚘 siamo dunque saliti alla reception tramite l'ascensore interno, procedendo così con il check-in. Molto gentile la ragazza 👱‍♀️ al bancone, la quale ci ha accolti fornendoci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Giunti in camera (la n. 501 al quinto piano), siamo rimasti molto colpiti 😮 dalla stessa, praticamente una sorta di suite con un lungo corridoio munito pure di "angolo ristoro". Buone le finiture così come la dotazione in termini di comfort normalmente previste per strutture di questo livello ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, dal bollitore 🫖 con tisane/caffè al televisore 🖥 passando per la cassaforte 📟 e il Wi-Fi 🛜 gratuito 🆓️. Bello il colpo d'occhio 👁 dalle finestre 🪟 con vista sulla piscina all'aperto e sulla frequentatissima 🚶🚶‍♀️🚴‍♂️ 🚙 🚗 Via Vespucci. In breve siamo poi scesi in SPA per concederci un piacevole pomeriggio all'insegna del relax 😌.

Wir hatten die Angabe „high floor“ bei der Buchung gemacht, jedoch bekamen wir ein Zimmer im 2.OG, das Unterste Geschoss mit Zimmern. Nach reklamieren an der Rezeption konnten wir am nächsten Tag in das 5. ( von 6) umziehen. Das war erfreulich. Die Aufzüge sind etwas unkoordiniert. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
