Very nice

It all went very well. Super clean, very well equipped kitchen and close to the beach. Not the easiest to manage if you don’t speak Italian though

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti, personale cordiale, struttura ben tenuta. Anche se vicino alla ferrovia nessun problema, zona traquilla e senza rumori. Lo consiglio.

Man muss ein Fan von Zügen sein, da diese direkt am Haus mehrmals in der Stunde vorbeifahren. Bei offenem Fenster schlafen ist ohne Oropax nicht möglich. Ansonsten ist das Appartment sauber und vollständig eingerichtet. Man ist in 5min zu Fuß am Strand.

Il posto e’ ben equipaggiato e pulito. Si sta molto bene all’interno della struttura. Unica pecca è’ che si trova vicino alla linea ferroviaria ma x chi non soffre i rumori e’ ottimale per l’insieme che offre il contesto.

Хороший апарт отель. Нравится место, немного шумно от железной дороги, но привыкаешь. за 5 дней не меняли белье. Надо стирать самим. Но мы попросили Екатерину и она помогла. Ей вообще отдельное спасибо. Приветлива и готова помочь. Нам понравилось

Sono stato con i miei amici in occasione della fiera Rimini welness ed essendo atleti ci occorreva non il classico hotel ma un un appartamento per poterci preparare al meglio ed anche i pasti . Esperienza ed accoglienza ottima, hai tutto ciò che ti occorre per passare un soggiorno tranquillo in un vero appartamento. Anche a pochi metri dal mare .Il miglior compromesso. Sicuramente tornerò .

Struttura pulita, appartamento bello pulito e spazioso. qualche difficoltà con il parcheggio che non c'è molto spazio e la ferrovia vicina.

Ok mais, n’y retournerait pas

Le studio était d’un prix abordable très beau sur le papier mais avec quelques défauts comme les voies du train à même pas 30 m’êtes provoquait de fortes nuisances sonores à toute heures de la journée (peu plaisant lors que l’on aimerait dormir cela faisant trembler les vitres) En 5 jours personnes n’est venu faire de ménage et rien n’etais A disposition pour le faire de nous meme du coup 0 niveau propreté et hygiène. La clime quand a elle n’a fonctionner que le premier jour donc grosse chaleur dans la chambre il était dur de la « refroidies » étant donner les 35 degrés extérieur. Sinon bien situer à 5 min de la plage et 2 min des petite boutique le long de la rue avant la plage. La gérante était très gentille et l’immeuble de la résidence bien sécurisée avec un code à l’entrée. Convient pour un court séjour et pour un petit budget

Residence comodo per il lungo mare e per il centro. Posizionato accanto alla ferrovia. Appartamento con camera da letto davvero molto grande e letti nuovi. Cucina in stato approssimativo. Dotazioni al minimo. Signora all'accoglienza gentile e disponibile. Consigliato se non si hanno troppe pretese e per pochi giorni di soggiorno
