Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Soggiorno da farci rimborsare

Personale incompetente! La nostra prenotazione non era stata registrata! Non c'erano più stanze e ci hanno spostato in un hotel sempre di loro gestione in un altra via privo di piscina. In 4 mq hanno concentrato il bagno wc bidet lavandino e visto che non c'è spazio per il piatto doccia hanno messo lo scarico in mezzo al bagno e attaccato un soffione dietro alla porta... c'era pure il pericolo di allagare la stanza! Per scusarsi ci hanno lasciato usare comunque la piscina del primo hotel ma francamente era una situazione paradossale!!
