Ieri sera io e il mio compagno avevano una prenotazione presso questo hotel. Nonostante il pernottamento riguardasse una sola notte, non ci siamo sentiti di trascorrere nemmeno quella: sporcizia in terra, coperte macchiate, insetti morti nel letto lasciano pensare che le lenzuola non fossero lavate, per non parlare del bagno fatiscente e della sporcizia come sigarette fumate all'interno del comodino... Mi aspetto come minimo un rimborso dai proprietari

Hotel datato, senza aria condizionata ne' asciugacapelli privo di parcheggio anche solo x motorini. Chiedendo al ragazzo al momento del check in se fosse sicuro lasciare lo scooter in strada, mi ha detto di no e non mi ha saputo dare informazioni su parcheggi sicuri. Mi pare abbastanza grave.

personale alla reception scortese e senza competenza, mi hanno impedito di soggiornare, arrivata alle dieci di sera perché avevo il documento in foto nella app apposita che vale come documento fisico, quando l estate scorsa avevano accettato una semplice foto, non ce stato modo di trovare una soluzione quando potevano fotocopiare la foto dall applicazione essendo valida. e mi hanno rimborsato la camera il giorno dopo costringendomi a pagare una cifra esosa per un altra camera all ultimo minuto, impedendomi di godermi il sabato sera. LA PROSSIMA VOLTA INFORMATEVI CHE LA. FOTO NELL APPLICAZIONE VALE COME IL DOCUMENTO E CHE SE NON SIETE IN GRADO DI GESTIRE QUESTE COSE INFORMATE. IL. TITOLARE COME VI VIENE CHIESTO DAL CLIENTE.

Gli unici vantaggi dell'hotel sono la vicinanza al mare e alla fermata del bus, che ti connette col centro. Purtroppo deludente perché la doccia è pressoché inesistente, le prese elettriche non sono funzionanti e mancano cestino e sapone per mani in bagno, che sono di basica necessità. Abbiamo trovato capelli nella biancheria e macchie sulle lenzuola.
