But the real gem of the hotel is a young lady at the reception desk Olesya!She provided us with all the necessary information about parking in the center of town,good restaurants and helped us with all we needed.we enjoyed our stay very much!"

First of all, the disrespect began when, early in the morning on the day of check-in, we received an email from the hotel saying that they could not accommodate us and that we would be sent to another hotel in the same chain, the Brezza Hotel.
