"Can not say enough good thing about this hotel, so pretty and charming and the staff is amazing! Stephanie made sure our stay and needs were perfect and was so helpful helping us plan taxis and find good restaurant spots. Luigi was an excellent bartender that made our family and friends night super fun! Hotel breakfast was really good, good location, short walk to the lake and center area. Love this place, can't wait to come back!"

"The property is absolutely stunning. It is a gorgeously romantic setting but the architecture & interior of the hotel is what really made it a special & beautiful experience. The staff were exceedingly helpful & kind in every interaction and truly endeavour to make sure every guest has a great holiday - we particularly got on well with the two porters who were so friendly, kind & courteous. Also, the concierge desk helped us a few times working out things to do/transport to take and they were great at following up to ensure we’d got everything we needed. And, of course, our room was kept incredibly clean & tidy, with water provided daily and a lovely good night message provided each evening with tips on what to do. Breakfast was lovely every morning & served in the stunning restaurant - a really great way to start your day. We didn’t get around to having dinner at the hotel as there were so many places we wanted to try, but the food we did have was delicious & the drinks were all great. We’d come back here in a heartbeat. Thank you to all the staff at Hotel Laurin for a wonderful & memorable holiday,"

"This is our second stay at the Domina. The location above Gardone Riviera is magnificent! The rooms are spacious, clean and with well appointed kitchens with exception of no microwave oven. The folks are reception are very friendly and exceptionally helpful. We appreciate their assistance with recommendations and working through another issue. The pool is wonderful but is need of some repairs. The grounds of the property need improvement. Landscaping is a bit untidy and some outdoor lighting doesn't work. The hotel was filled with dogs. We are not fans of the barking and Europeans allow their pets to urinate on planters, the sidewalks and walls which is not washed off by the hotel staff. We appreciate the garage parking, but be prepared for riding a couple of elevators or walking stairs to get luggage to rooms. A nice reasonably priced hotel that could make a few tweaks."

"Our stay at Hotel Bella Riva was a fantastic experience from top to bottom. The breakfasts were phenomenal, perhaps the best I've ever had on holiday. The service from all of the staff was top tier. Every member of the staff acted with such relaxed professionalism. If I had to say anything was disappointing (nothing really was, but just to say something) the fine dining approach to dinner was a missed opportunity in my opinion. It is hard to have fine dining multiple nights in a row, a lot of people travel to Italy for comforts they know from other countries, pizza, lasagna, pasta, etc. You won't get that sort of thing with Hotel Bella Riva's fine dining dinner menu. Not to say it's bad food, it is good food. It is easy enough to get into the various towns and hotspots around Lake Garda as well, the bus services nearby are very useful, and everything is reasonably walkable as well. Overall, 10/10 experience, would love to come back."
