"This is a very unique hotel in a fantastic location close to the beach and restaurants. The room was large, modern and comfortable with great views across the water. Staff were very helpful - especially helping us decipher the rules around street parking. Breakfast and pre-dinner drinks on the rooftop was incredible - especially sunset drinks. We loved Trapani and would definitely stay here again. "

"The pool is definitely the highlight for this property. Large pool with loungers and ability to access shade was great for relaxation. Showers and bathrooms beside the pool area were appreciated. Rooms were clean but in need of a refresh. Kitchen had a good amount of supplies but needed a microwave and better lighting when cooking or working at the counter. "Overall good value for location and accommodation. Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay. Very very annoying and a massive disappointment not to buy a coffee in the morning. Nearest...

"Absolutely supreme! Super clean beautiful hotel. The public beach is 2 mins away but they have a private beach 10 minute walk and absolutely worth it- chairs are reserved and close to the water . "Lovely hotel. Private beach was perfect, really easy shuttle to the beach. Lovely pool area. Espresso machine in room was great. Dinner in the hotel was also amazing! The only thing we would have liked was easier access to the snack bar at the pool for drinks etc. we had to try and find a member of staff and found the opening times for snack bar, lunch restaurant, dinner restaurant and bar quite confusing.
