"Everything about this gorgeous lodge is fantastic!! It’s settled on top of a beautiful mountain in the middle of the countryside with fabulous views from everywhere. The apartment I stayed in was terrific and a short distance from the main lodge. They allowed my small service dog and it was perfect for us. "Great location, short walk into Potes centre. Covered parking for motorcycles around the back (depending on availablity). Good rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast basic...... Suited me though. Great position for a base when your doing The Picos."

"Un hotel con muchísimo encanto. Todo es acogedor y cuidado con mucho cariño, rodeado de flores que crean un ambiente muy especial. La ubicación es excelente, con unas vistas preciosas a las montañas. Las habitaciones son muy agradables, decoradas con mucho gusto y atención al detalle. Todo está impecablemente limpio y bien mantenido. El personal es excepcional: amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno es delicioso, con productos frescos y frutas procedentes de su propio huerto, lo que le da un toque auténtico y especial. Sin duda, un lugar al que dan ganas de volver."

"Me gustó el hotel. El cuarto era grande y comodo. Buenas camas, buen baño. El personal nos recibió muy bien. Pero…. En la noche, ya entrada la madrugada llegaron otros huéspedes al mismo piso. Debian tener dos o tres cuartos. Pero se pasaron por todo el pasillo entre risa y risa, hablando altisimo, corriendo y lo peor, tocando las puertas de los de más huespedes, incluyendo la nuestra. Les escribi pidiendo ayuda al hotel y no hubo respuesta. Esos huespedes hicieron escandalo toda la madrugada y nadie del personal llegó. En fin, no dormimos ni con tapones en los oídos."
