"One of the more modern hotels we staying at while in Austria. The front desk employees were helpful, professional, and informative. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were great."

Manager of breakfast shift should get additional training for management of hotel. Overall is hotel clean, but outdated and stars rating is for Central European standard very ambitious. "

"There were ants inside the main entrance. The room decorations were dusty. The brown curtains were oily from handprints. The sockets and plugs were dirty. The door lock was messy as if someone had intentionally spread something on the handle. The guests in the opposite room seemed like they live there, and had absolutely no consideration for anyone else. They walked up and down the corridor talking on their phones. They loudly quarrelled with each other. They blow dried their hair at 2am. It was not worthy of a first or second class hotel."
