"Convenient location, quiet area, lovely and comfortable rooms, but if you are a tea drinker, bring your own tea bags...there was a serious lack of attention to those of us who don't drink coffee! We walked to Powell's, the Portland Art Museum, the local convenience store, the Chinese Garden, and several nearby restaurants. Public transit is also very close by."

"This is a great place to stay in downtown Portland! Safe, walkable to restaurants, shops and the beautiful south waterfront. Valet makes it easy to park and retrieve your car quickly, if you want to adventure further out. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the rooms are modernized and comfortable. If you have kids, this hotel is a great option especially if they like to swim. I think the breakfast bar was lacking a bit and could use some refreshed food options, as well as making sure food stays warm, isn’t overcooked, etc. Trays or another means to carry the food back to room safely would also be a nice bonus! We would definitely stay here again!"

"I arrived very late (early am) and was picked up by the shuttle. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was the best free breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. The breakfast potatoes were delicious."

"Hotel is nice, was told hot tub wasn’t working also told there would be a $25 fee that would be refunded when we check out. Received and refunded back $16 of that $25 and it was because I used Expedia to book the hotel (3rd party) that was never disclosed to me at the time of check in. They called it a “service fee”. It’s not a lot of money but the principal that they withhold money when at the time you’re told you’ll be refunded in full, when you are not, might be a dealbreaker for some people."

"Very good hotel and conveniently located near the PDX airport if you're flying in. This location offers free parking and free morning breakfast. Most decent hotels in the area offer either or and not both. The breakfast was good and the coffee was great. We enjoyed it, the place was clean and people were very friendly. I'd recommend staying here."
