Shower wasn’t functioning in my room. TV in my bedroom was also not functioning. It was dirty around the outside of the hotel. Room needs updating. Uncomfortable furniture. Bathroom especially bad.

Nice, clean hotel in Ridgecrest

We had an awesome experience at check in, the guy who helped us is excellent at customer service. He is very nice and friendly and the girl who helped us check out is also great! The room is very spacious but our tv was a bit small for such a big room. We had nice clean sheets but the bath towels were a bit small, almost like hand towels. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and so was the temperature in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Ridgecrest. The complimentary breakfast was very nice and they also offer snacks throughout the day in their lobby area.

The beds in the room were hard and squeaky. The carpet inside the room was very dirty and had stains. There were pubic hairs left in the shower. Coffee was very watery. The lobby seemed to be the nicest area of the hotel.The Customer Service person at the desk was very nice. We did leave our stay early and went to another hotel.

Really liked that they refreshed the room daily. This is a pet-friendly hotel but is kept very clean. It's an older hotel, but the room was nice. My only complaint is that they offered only gel soap instead of bars.
