Best night's sleep all vacation

Looks like a recent refurb - new towels new shower curtain, freshly painted etc. Could not fault anything. Breakfast was at Dennys across the road, which made a nice change from usual hotel food.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The little coffee/tea stand at the lobby was cute and convenient. We enjoy our breakfast at Denny's.

Staff was friendly but room 109 tv would not work (possibly the remote) and the refrigerator and microwave weren’t working not sure if broken or no power and room 110 had mold in tub area.

Sleepless in Ridgecrest

I reserved a One King room but upon Check-in I was given a Two Queen room. The lighting was dim - the lamp on the nightstand didn't work, and the overhead light in the bathroom only lit with the noisy fan. The AC was noisy and barely vooled the room. The TV also didn't work do at 11pm when the neighnore were loadly talking I couldn't drown out their noise. At 2am another neighbor let his two dogs out of the room and they barked loudly, the guy then yelled at them. I bet those were "service dogs", wheras I declared my dog and had to pay an extra fee plus a hefty deposit (neither were mentioned on the website or when reserving the room). I got very little sleep; too noisy!!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was just a short overnight stopover but the place was clean and the staff were friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
