"The phones at the Hotel did not work the day we arrived or the day we left. To get from the airport to the Hotel I had to call an Uber to take us to the Hotel as I could not contact the Hotel by Phone . It was cold and windy we waited outside for their shuttle to come by but gave up on it. The morning we left there was no one at the front desk until the shuttle driver came back from delivery and he took us to the airport."
"I really wanted to like this place because it’s in a convenient area, but for the price, it was pretty underwhelming.
The sofa bed mattress was thin and lumpy, and there was no linen in the room for it, so I had to go to the front desk to get some. Not a huge deal, but definitely inconvenient.
Cleanliness was the biggest issue. There was Kleenex stuffed into a hole in the wall by the vanity, and somehow there were tampon wrappers stuck to the ceiling — one above the bed and another in the corner. As a mom, I’ve seen some things… but that was a first.
Housekeeping entered the room while I was out and did a quick clean and replaced towels, which I appreciate, but I wasn’t expecting anyone to come in without notice. Then on checkout day, a cleaner tried to come in about two hours early, which felt rushed and uncomfortable.
They do offer breakfast from 6–9, but I didn’t get a chance to try it due to time constraints.
On the plus side, the front desk staff were very polite and helpful when I asked for extra pillows and a blanket.
Overall, I’d say this place is average at best. With better attention to detail and more oversight on cleaning, it could be a lot better.

"This was the nastiest hotel that I’ve ever seen. Inside the hotel wreaks of marijuana and stale cigarettes. Even the non smoking room stunk like cigarettes. I got a sore throat from breathing the smoky air. The walls were filthy. There was an ink pen in the toilet paper instead of a roller. The front desk staff, when present were very flat and unfriendly. There was no breakfast as offered. The vending machines don’t work and the ice machines are duct taped together. Overall, I’d suggest that you find somewhere else to stay."

"I was not impressed at all. Hotel was run down and needing updating. When I walked in, I saw the desk clerk sitting in the back, but she never acknowledged me. I had to say something to her after several minutes. The breakfast didn't have much except waffles, the coffee was so bad we had to stop somewhere else for coffee. I definitely would not stay here again."
"Very clean and convenient for travelers. The staff is always friendly and efficient, especially Miss April at the breakfast counter. She makes sure you get a good breakfast before you hit the road again."
