"Staff were present all day and evening. They seemed to run a tight ship. All inquiries were answered thoroughly and helpfully. There was very little noise from other rooms audible in our room. The dock and swimming areas were unexpectedly nice. It's a scenic 5 mile drive to Cooperstown, where the attractions, dining and hustle and bustle are. The cost was very reasonable in mid-June. We will come again!"

"I love that the lake was right out our door, my kids and i rented a kayak and enjoyed every minute together. Only down side is they dont offer breakfast and there is not many food places near by.. we had to drive about 15 minutes to McDonald's daily cause thats one of the only fast food places, everything else is a litlle pricey! As far as our room, i loved it!"

"We picked this location for its proximity to Cooperstown. The room was good & very clean. The only issue we had was it took almost 20 minutes to get any hot water in the sink or shower. We were up & on the road early, so that may have factored into this issue. We would give this location another try."

"Wonderful. Believe all the positive reviews. This updated motel is cozy, quaint and oh so very clean. The bathroom is large and bright. The beds are comfortable and larger than i thought by "double" bed. Rooms have a front door (where you park) and also a back door overlooking the countyside with a table and chairs and sidewalk to the pool.
