Room was filthy. Stained sheets and towels. Writing in the back of bathroom door. Fingerprints all over walls. Elevator doesnt work and theres no sign telling you. Half of building is condemed. There is no gym. Did not feel safe there. Ended up checking out 2 hours later.

Omni Richmond Hotel
Multiple charges on my account made in error when I had prepaid in full, to the tune of $500+, slow service, dirty shower. Will not be considered Omni again.
