"We were not sure what to expect before arriving at The Pell, but we had the most amazing stay. We didn’t want to leave and actually considered extending our stay. Our room was large and comfortable, everyone was so nice and helpful, and the food and coffee were great. The hotel was very close to all of the sites in Newport; location was very convenient. The price we paid for what we got was an insane steal and we will definitely be returning when we go back to Newport. One of our favorite trips to date."

"Clean spacious room with access to the casino and the gym and restaurants too....parking was a bit difficult first time where to park in garage....wish the use of the sauna and steam room was included....excellent restaurants....especially GUYS for lunch and Martha Stewarts for breakfast....nice to walk the mini mall with some great stores and prices.....very safe and secure access to rooms in elevator....quick check out....staff was very helpful at check-in with a little bit of a wait line..."

"The location is fantastic- it’s right across from the beach and within walking distance of Cliff Walk. There are places to eat also within walking distance and a very short drive to downtown Newport. The room we had was clean and had a great view. The breakfast was a nice touch and any minor issue we had was handled promptly by the staff. (Needing another blanket or vending machine needing to be refilled!) Just note that the elevator is slow and a little small/clunky but it works and is up to code! It’s not fancy- more like a beach vibe- and was a great stay."
