Richmond hotel rooms a the Motel 6

"Awesome stay"

"Rooms were cleaned, pool and spa was an excellent addition my kids enjoyed it. "

"I was satisfied very with most features of my stay, including the extra care the staff took in accommodating me. One complaint is the very thin bedspread on the bed and the the blanket as well. Many hotels have a thick blanket in the closet if you need one. This one did not. In addition, the knob that you use to turn on the shower head was inoperable. Sadly, I discovered this after turning on the water, lathering up,cand attempting to get the shower turned on. So, I had to resort to taking the equivalent of a bird bath in the shower. It was very awkward. For these two reasons, I would rate my overall stay as a 4, and I would stay there again "

"We had to leave early and did not try breakfast - our room wasn't ready and we got upgraded - the lady at the front desk was very helpful, and the upgrade still fit our needs perfectly. We were happy with our stay, and may stay again soon. We visited for my husband's surgery at the VA hospital, and we were informed that Choice Hotels offers help to Veterans under these conditions. We intend to check into this for our next stay. "
