"Not bad overall, not the worst place but there were concerns - breakfast was minimal; we didn’t even eat there -no bottle fill stations in the gym area for filtered water - elevator call button in the third floor was not working; you had to call the front desk to get them to send it to you - on check out day the phones weren’t working to call for the elevator - while packing - found a 3” cockroach in my makeup bad in the bathroom. -Check out time is noon; so that is a plus - Staff was very welcoming and friendly For the price, it was okay."

"From the front desk staff to the room, unmatched service and a truly luxury experience. The staff in the hallway (room staff) were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Valet attendants were quick and professional. Overall, superior! Not to mention the most beautiful historical places we have ever stayed!"

"Believe me, the Omni in Richmond is a wonderful hotel. I’ll just say that if you’re looking for a luxurious top tier level of hotel, it isn’t all the way there. You’ll notice some little things top hotels don’t let slide. The walls are super thin. I felt like I could have a conversation with our neighbors through the wall (without yelling). We were lucky not to hear any nefarious activities going on. Also, the bathroom door had some wear and tear. The windows needed a scrubbing too. No big deal. Just stuff you’d care about if you wanted luxury at its best, which tends to be the Omni brand. My last gripe really is that they don’t have a free parking option. It’s either you park yourself for $35 or valet parks you for $45. So include that in your price if you elect to stay here. Other than that, my goodness - very clean, soft bed, excellent shower pressure, amazing amenities, perfect location, helpful staff. I would recommend to anyone passing through and looking for something really nice to stay in for the night."

"This hotel is very well situated for the Capital and downtown -- it's not a local neighborhood, if that's what you're looking for. The room and bathroom were spacious and soundproofed. The gentleman at check-in and check-out was very polite and helpful. The rooms could use some updating electronically -- more charge points for phones, airpods, etc. would be useful. Would not recommend for a business traveler until they update that aspect, but for a vacation traveler, it was find."
