"The pier was closed down with repairs in different areas. The rooms need updating as there were no USB ports available in the room. The tub is very deep, so if you have any issues with lifting your leg up and over the side, then ask for a handicap room. The bed was very comfortable! There are restaurants in the hotel. Gorden Ramsey’s restaurant is there, but don't waste your money. It was Very expensive and not worth the price. If you want to go just for the experience , get the butternut squash soup and beet salad . They were delicious, but everything else was ho hum."

"The staff was amazing. It was our anniversary and they made it so special for us. We will definitely be back. Unfortunately it seems like there has been some changes. Not as many dining options as when they first opened and some of the remote options weren’t available or didn’t seem to work. But overall great stay!"

"Well, this was not my hotel of choice but due to tourist season and short notice I had little choice and it was way overpriced. All that said, the room exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and the lighting, if that matters to anyone was incredible. There were lights in every area that could be dimmed or brightened. The decor was very nice and I could actually work the coffee maker! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I could find no fault. Highly recommend."
