"We arrived at the hotel around 11am and were very pleased to find out there was a room available for us. The room was excellent. The hotel staff was excellent with any questions we had. The Sky Train station is across the street and they told us exactly which stop we needed to go to. In the morning we noticed our coffee maker wasn't working. It was not a big deal to us but I thought I would mention it to the staff so the next person staying there would be able to have coffee. They thanked us for informing them and then gave us a voucher for a complimentary breakfast. Even though we were only there for 1 night, I can't say enough nice things about the Radisson."

"Excellent food, wonderful staff, very comfortable, clean, quiet accommodations. A grand hotel in most respects, some areas may just need a bit of a refresh to give it a lift (e.g. chairs in main restaurant showing a signs of wear and tear). Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and the location made the morning before flying home virtually stress free."

"We enjoyed staying here because of the location and fun atmosphere of the casino. We rode the sky train with ease and walked over to the Richmond Night Market as well. Our room was clean and quiet. Although we didn’t have time for the pool, it looked neat."

"We generally enjoyed the breakfast, but eggs were not available every day. It was more difficult to make a nutritious breakfast without them. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful!"
