"The desk person was quite rude when I checked in. I know it was 10pm, but we got there as soon as we could. When we got to our room, we noticed we only had 2 towels and no wash cloths. We are a family of 4. There also wasn't a single trach can in the room. My husband went to the front desk and he said the same person that checked me in acted bothered by the request for more towels and wash cloths. She told him there were no trash can to provide and he asked her if she just wanted us to the trash in the floor. She then produced a trash bag, no can. My husband came back to the room with the towels but he then noticed she still didn't give us wash cloths. Whatever...we were just staying one night so we did the hand method. The bathtub looked like something from a horror movie. It really wouldn't take much to fix that. The tub was chipped all over the inside. I unstructed my daughters to do their best to stay on the mat and not touch it. We slept great, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was phenomenal with the omellette guy...I forgot his name, but he was quite pleasant to talk to. Would I stay here again? Meh, 50/50. The front desk person may have been having a bad day, but you should at least pretend kindess if you're in the hospitality business."

"Abram was very kind and helpful. Even though the hotel was older and had the outside stairs the inside of your rooms were updated. Very clean, quiet, and mattresses we're firm but soft.The breakfast was fantastic and the room and hospitality was nice. Thank you for our stay, we will be back."

"Everything went very clean and oil painting. Especially like the free happy hour day offered on Friday night along with dinner. And the hot breakfast in the morning a nice addition. I found all the staff interactions to be friendly and helpful. My only very minor complaint is that you couldn't watch much on TV unless you have your own Netflix login."

"This hotel is not worth the price anymore. The room was not clean. The pillows need to be thrown away. They were so used up. The coffee was terrible and the bathroom was not well stocked with shampoo etc. The view was great and that’s about it."

"Great staff, Lacked few basic things like plates during breakfast lol. Our room had some damaged stuff like a closet door, ac unit so had to make sure I was not blamed for that. Extremely expensive candy but nonetheless would stay again"
