My wife thought the bed could be more comfortable but my complaints are the fuzzy picture of the analogue TV, no radio to listen to, and lack of coffee pot in the room and the basic breakfast had no coffee either or even tea!
We stayed Monday and Tuesday night. Monday we were impressed with the full moon over the temple, which had bright flood-lights making it very beautiful. We went for a walk to have a closer look, when we noticed what looked like bats circling around, above the temple, catching the bugs that the lights attracted. We walked up to the temple, then up the stairs in the back and noticed that they were birds, with only an occasional bat among them. Later looked them up to discover they are Nighthawks - our first time to see these swift flyers.
And if you're into history, the staff at the motel have a key that will let you go inside a reconstruction of a lean-to like cabin that the early Mormon settlers built to escape their first sudden and severe winter snow storm. A handout gives the whole story, including all the rattlesnakes that appeared in the following spring! A fun stay and friendly staff.
