"We were there for 11 nights and while the size and location of the room was nice, there were some frustrating aspects to the stay. Our room keys had to be reset almost daily because they would stop working and one was required to get in the building in addition to the room. It was nice to have laundry on site. The staff was friendly enough. There was a “mandatory room inspection” twice during our stay which was a mild intrusion but nothing that caused any real problems. We were able to get cleaning supplies to sweep the floors and clean up the room as we wanted as there were no housekeeping services during our stay. There were pets in the building and several people appear to live here for months at a time and neither caused us any issue. Everyone was kind and kept their animals under control. If we needed to be in town for an extended period of time I would consider staying again but for a shorter stay we would likely stay somewhere with more amenities and housekeeping."

"We stayed here one night before a flight. We had a car to return so didn't use the shuttle. The room was clean and well laid out (we had a suite with a sofa). There was plenty of room for us to do some repacking. The staff were helpful and breakfast in the morning was very nice. The price was good too. We would stay again if we needed to fly in or out of CVG airport. "

"This place is a gem. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient to many of the places we were planning on visiting. The value for the cost is amazing. The best thing about this place is the staff. They are friendly, courteous, helpful and efficient. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area."
