"Frontage: No ramps for heavy luggage. Uneven surface makes it hard to roll luggage. Room: Clean. Does not provide wash cloth/ face towels and lotion! Internet: Big disaster! TV unable to connect or freezes most of the time! No local channels! So if TV does not connect to WiFi, no local channels to watch. Gym does not have AC. Staff are pleasant and courteous though."

"I have stayed in taal vista several times in the past this was the 1st time I was placed in a room that was so old and dingy. The towel holder even fell on my husbands head. For a ~10k per night it wasnt worth it. I will think more than twice before I book the hotel again in the future. i used to like the place."

Food Buffet presentation was poor. We had the privilege to go to The one at the 28th floor breakfast buffet based on the type of booking we had, the made to cook breakfast was better. We had booked this hotel before when it was still CRIMSON and everything was wonderful. Toilet tissue in the bathroom had no extra refill available to use even though we started with very minimal to use. The same with facial tissues available. It looks like this hotel is going through transition and looks understaffed I hope it gets better because I like the location. Thank you! "
