Assolutamente inaccettabile che in Italia esistano ancora Hotel del genere. Locali da magazzino improvvisati in camere. Degrado assoluto del bagno. Per fortuna solo una notte, ma ho visto famiglie con bambini che purtroppo soggiornavano una settimana. Consiglio: rinnovate al più presto o chiudete per il bene di Riccione che é una bellissima città

Un schifo,tutto rotto aria condizionata,gabinetto rotta,collazione fa schifo niente di bouno Expedia devi andare a controllare prima di fare inscrizione alla vostra sito .ho le foto e le prove spero che non pagò.

Pulizia assente, in 3 giorni di soggiorno, la stanza non é stata mai pulita. In bagno c'erano formiche, in qualche punto della stanza era presente della muffa. La Colazione sembra uno scherzo..... Parcheggio inesistente Tutto rapportato al costo del pernottamento.....

Sgradevole.

All'arrivo non c'è nessuno alla reception e la porta è chiusa. Solo dopo aver contattato Expedia, si riesce ad avere un numero di telefono al quale chiamare per l'assegnazione della camera. Sporcizia ovunque; la doccia con acqua all'inizio fredda ma poi bollente che non è possibile regolare con il rischio di ustionarsi; la colazione consiste in pezzi di brioche, spremute di arancia e stop, niente latte e caffè.

Orribile in tutto

Camera sporca non pulivano quasi mai, bagno con lavandino e doccia intasati si allagava la stanza ogni volta che facevi la doccia, colazione orrenda con tazze del cappuccino ancora sporche con tracce di caffè del giorno prima (non lavate bene), non riuscivi a dormire perché nelle stanze e per le scale facevano casino in qualsiasi orario del giorno e della notte, si lamentano in molti ma i responsabili facevano finta di niente, la televisione non funzionano in tutto l’hotel, lo abbiamo fatto presente e ci hanno preso in giro e hanno fatto finta di niente.

Horrible..... It was the worse place in my life.... I left the hotel after 3 days....and I pay for one week..... No refund.... Please don't use this hotel Lucciola on your site..... Is very bad reputation..... Never again.... Rooms are dirty..... Television it was not working..... Internet not working..... Breakfast poor.....

Дёшево, и все таки Риччоне.

Для меня был важен спокойный, недорогой отель с кондиционером и завтраком,Гастроном CAI рядом. Вечером можно найти недорогой ужин на улице Dante, где Променад. Меня все устроило. Мои возможности финансовые совпали с предложением отеля и пазл сложился. И ещё рядом автобус 11 до вокзала в Римини
