A very enjoyable stay in a beautiful environment. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel could benefit from more stock including small food provisions in the boutique. The room would benefit from a kettle and more effective air conditioning.

Property and service is wonderful. Little bit outside of town. Property has lots of amenities and activities like free kids club, restaurants etc that makes the stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Gunrud at the reception desk and Valeria at the boat rental desk was very helpful. Nothing much to do around the property itself. City of Tropea is a 10/15min drive. Lots of activity and dining options there.

Beautiful gardens and beach. Plenty of free parking. The road down to the resort is not as steep and winding as for other places making for easier access. Lots of families with kids, kids club, playground. The rooms are clean and have the basics, but the standard room is very small so, if you can afford it, it would be worth to upgrade. The dinner options were too fancy for our tastes, but there are many restaurants nearby with the closest being about 3 minutes by car. We would love to return soon.

Ankunft war nett. Leider gibt es keine Infos zu den Restaurant. Wann hat welches geöffnet. Wann gibt es Frühstück. Für Mittag soll man reservieren. Macht aber keiner. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Pool und Strand sind super. Personal eher weniger hilfsbereit. Könnte besser sein. Snack Karte und Kindersitze musst Elan extra darauf hinweisen das man sie ausgehändigt bekommt. Ansonsten schönes Hotel.

The property itself is gorgeous. The only downsides are 1. food on resort is a bit of a miss (not enough simple, local dishes in favor of fancy over-the-top dishes ) although breakfast was lovely and 2 you have to have a car to get to Tropea as the resort is isolated and there is not much to do in terms of activities or entertainment. If the weather is nice, you are in for a treat because their beach staff is impeccable and their grounds are breathtaking.

Una bella esperienza da migliorare

La posizione e la struttura, sia dal punto di vista logistico che organizzativo e di controllo, sono ottime. Non abbiamo trovato invece il medesimo ottimo servizio nelle parte di ristorazione : molto cara rispetto alla qualità offerta e con una scadente organizzazione specialmente nelle serate "barbeque" per una scelta limitata (serata pesce oppure serata carne) e molte volte con i contenitori ove servirsi che non erano mantenuti caldi. Esempio : su tre tipi di primo (paccheri - maccheroni - riso) solo i maccheroni serviti erano caldi. Analoga situazione con le diverse carni Ci siamo presentati alle 20,30, come prenotato, con il servizio che avrebbe dovuto essere pienamente attivo fino alle 21,30. Alle 21,30 in punto tutto era già praticamente spento e smantellato, nonostante la presenza ai tavoli ancora di molti Clienti che potevano recuperare solamente quanto rimasto al self service del dessert. Complimenti per il fatto di aver realizzato in Calabria una struttura che molto assomiglia ai Resort europei organizzati nei vari "mari ed isole" dei paradisi turistici del mondo ma, molto da imparare ancora al confronto.
