"There was only one person at desk that was rude everyone else was wonderful Breakfast was ok . Rooms were very clean and well equipped. Starbucks was a stones throw away inside the 3 storey mall. Which was a great place to hang out in the heat. Streets were bare the mall was packed. Close enough to walk into old town area. We did in 40 degree heat. Melted but we did it Tram towards rivers is outside lobby. I'd return here"

"The proximity to the train/bus station and the old town, as well as the lake was super helpful! Everything was within walking distance! We did have some issues with housekeeping the first week. If we didn’t ask for it, the housekeeper wouldn’t clean our room! The second week it was much better. The reception staff were very sweet and helpful and kept apologizing for the inconveniences we suffered. Also, be prepared to carry your suitcases from the 3rd to the 4th floor, the elevator only goes up to the third floor! Overall, we had a great time in Annecy!"

"The hotel is very quiet even if very close to the airport. The breakfast is excellent if pricey. It is quite complicated to find the hotel and there are not good signs navigating the airport. Parking there is expensive."

"Room was good size and it was clean. Beds were comfortable and toilet was clean. Air conditioning was ok not cold enough. There was no mini fridge or coffee in the room. The vendor machine sometimes doesn’t work but still charge. They offered free parking and location was great 10 mins drive from central Annecy Lake. I wish we would have stayed longer to explore more."
