"our room didn’t have fridge, phone, coffeemaker, safe, microwave, cups, water or even a box of tissue, absolutely nothing! Only one single ugly picture and a tiny TV set were hung on the walls. I have never seen such an empty and dirty hotel room in my entire life, even in the third world! "

"This hotel is close to the tram stop which was very convenient. The hotel looks newer and that is reflected in the rooms. The room was large for three people. Everything looked clean. Breakfast was extensive! There was coconut yogurt and almond milk for those that don't eat dairy."

"No breakfast offered despite advertised No restaurant option despite advertised I arrived after 5pm and hotel door was closed. Customers were waiting outside stranded. Something finally someone showed up after 20mns wait in the cold ( 3 degrees). I tried to reach hoteldotcom but no one answered!! The room is average and the mattress of poor quality. A loud noise ( water pump) was coming out from the wall every 15mns. It ended at midnight!! The municipality swimming pool ( nothing to do with the hotel) is across the road. There is no one at the reception during the night ( in fact they leave at 8 or 9pm) so if need help better call the police. It is a shame the hotel is very badly run and needs a big shake up or I do not see any future. "
