Hotel lobby and check in experience was great. The room images don’t really represent some of the issues with the room (exposed vents and drains in bathroom, air con not working, general wear and tear around shower bath, bathroom door that won’t fully open, no shower curtain or barrier). The beds were ok, but pillows weren’t good and the exposed pillows seemed stained and well worn. There are better value properties in Rhodes.

Mycket bra läge och det var en bra boende värt priset, men det var mycket springor som var ofräscha i rummet. Duschen var trasig så vattnet rann inte ner, men det fixade de direkt! Frukosten var inte så jättebra, helt okej. Over all ett helt okej hotell.

Cozy hotel with a very nice staff. Very good location in the middle of everything. Top. Breakfast fresh and delicious. Pool was clean and sunbeds, sunbrellas and towels are on place. In the night you can hear young party people in the rooms with loud music.

Uima-altaalla oli auringonottotuoleja liian vähän ja tästä pitäisi ilmoittaa koska valitsimme mahoituspaikan uima-altaan mukaan. Beautiful reception area with welcome drinks available complimentary drinks in bedroom which were replenished daily. Swimming pool bigger than expected. The only thing I would say rooms need a little TLC although it did look like some rooms were being refurbished. Location excellent

Çok dalgalı fırtınalı denizde yorucu feribot yolculuğu sonrasında sabahın erken saatlerinde rodos’a ulaştım daha önce dikkat etmedim açıklamada yazıyormuş saat 15:00’ten önce dinlenmek için otele alınmadım. Bu durum yasal ancak kötü feribot yolculuğu sonrası beni çok üzdü. O da temizdi ancak çok fazla deterjan ve yapay oda parfümü kokuyordu çok sağlıksız bir durum. Sigaradan daha zararlı.. 10 dışında her şey iyiydi

Problematic check in - we booked a classic twin with city view but were given a double room. We asked for a different room (twin) but were then given an inferior, cheaper room with a view of a wall and small balcony (too small for chairs). When we said we were not happy with the 2nd room we were offered 2 more inferior, cheaper rooms rather than the city view we had booked. Eventually we were given the room we booked! This all wasted 1hour 15 minutes of our time. We were not offered welcome drink like the previous time we stayed here and when we asked about it we were told to pour it ourselves! Only 1 bedside lamp in the twin room and it did not work. The safe was locked so more time wasted getting that sorted. Room too hot as in April it is set to heating rather than air conditioning. No shower curtain. We booked 2 nights but in separate bookings. I emailed before to explain and ask if we could simply stay in the same room. They said they would let us know at check in but when we checked in they said they had no knowledge of the message and could not tell us until the next morning if we needed to move rooms. We eventually spoke to the manager who confirmed the sane room could be used the 2 days. Positives - great location, comfortable bed, good choice for breakfast.

Helt okej hotell. Det är nog inte bara detta hotell här på rhodos men lite halvdant städat. Hotellet i sig är gammalt och slitet på sina ställen (åtminstone de äldre ej renoverade rummen) och det finns absolut förbättringar att vidta, t.ex som bättre renlighet och snyggare underhåll kring poolområdet etc. Sängarna var dock sköna och de bytte handdukar och tömde sopor på rummet i princip varje dag. Receptionisterna var trevliga och lättsamma. Skulle kanske inte välja detta hotell igen men man får vad man betalar för.

Pros: Awesome gym! And a good breakfast, comfortable room with balcony in a perfect location Cons: two small things would have made this trip far better: 1. either a shower curtain and/or plug that fit the bathtub. Showering sprayed the whole bathroom and a bath was impossible because the water wouldn’t hold 2. A do not disturb sign. A cleaner came in while I was changing, apologized but then never tried to clean again the rest of my stay!

Great staff at reception, good superior room with comfortable double bed. Pity the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and safe didn't work. Pool facilities looked good but we didn't use them as there was limited sun and no sun shades. Breakfast was noisy and quite cramped and the selection limited, not what we had experienced at a similar local hotel. Overall a comfortable stay centrally located.
