We have had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the facilities very good with the spa and gym area. The beach is a short walk where you are greeted by Lucas who could not do enough for us. The food has been lovely especially the Zen Restaurant where we had a lovely experience. There are some very good restaurants nearby all reasonably priced and Lindos is a short distance where we went for a few meals. We would definitely recommend Atrium Palace and will certainly not hesitate coming back.

Please book that place if you are to Rhodes. The customer service is the best you can ever get. I won’t name people there because each and everyone there is courteous and professional. My room had an awesome view, our breakfast was fresh with plenty of options. The water at the beach was clear slightly cold but refreshing. I wish I have more space to write all the great things there. Great stay, thank you everyone.

To put this review in context: we booked 4 days before travelling, the room had its own pool and we were all inclusive with premium upgrade. We went for a 10 day rest so did not venture ouyt of the hotel at all. Everything was excellent and less than one hour from Rhodes airport. Well done to the manager and all his staff. Brilliant!

Fantastic stay. Beautiful grounds with very well taken care of vegetation and greenery. Very helpful and friendly staff. Amazing and varied breakfast buffet. Great beach with no other hotels around. Feels like a fantastic oasis. Great room with lots of space. Only downside was the slightly dated decor and the somewhat small bath/shower. But good water pressure. Also would recommend staying on an upper floor because of ants. Other than minor things, everything else exceeded our expectations. Also 10 min taxi or bus to Lindos. And wonderful tavernas walking distance as well. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Wonderful Spa Retreat with Exceptional Service

This was our first experience at a spa resort, and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here. The staff was fantastic—exceptionally friendly and welcoming from start to finish! The spa was wonderful, with skilled professionals delivering outstanding massages and skin treatments. We enjoyed it so much that we booked eight treatments during our stay. The food and dining options were excellent, and the resort itself is beautiful and easy to navigate. The beach is just a short walk from the property, with attentive, welcoming staff on hand. Overall, we absolutely loved our time here. There were just a few minor drawbacks. The mattresses were a bit too firm for our comfort, and the swimming pools were quite cold, which made swimming less enjoyable. Additionally, there were a lot of ants in the room, so we had to be cautious not to leave food out. While this was a bit unusual, the cleaning staff did an excellent job of keeping the room fresh each day. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and we would certainly recommend it!

Really great hotel, beautiful grounds and really well maintained. Any small issues were resolved immediately. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Lucas at the beach was incredibly helpful and friendly. Good restaurants and bar’s within walking distance too. Would definitely stay here again

Amazing resort. Compare the resorts that I had stayed in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indoesia. I would said the pool condition is quite good. However, the water is still freezing during May. Please bring warm swimming wears.

Overall a good hotel for the one night we needed a room. My only issue would be the pool outside not heated. It was freezing! We had our 5 year old, so couldn’t go into the adults only warm indoor pool.

Wir kanen schon das vierte Mal ins Atrium Palace Hotel. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Anlage ist gross und gut gepflegt. Privater Strand mit genügend Sonnenschirmen und Liegen. Auch die Pools sind sehr schön. Abends gibt es in Gehdistanz mehrere Lokale.

Dieses Hotel bietet eine sehr schöne Anlage mit gepflegten Gärten und ansprechenden Pools, die jedoch tagsüber wenig Schatten bieten. Der Kieselstrand zeichnet sich durch schnell tiefer werdendes, klares Wasser aus. Die Doppelzimmer mit Schlafcouch waren in Ordnung, allerdings gab es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten und keine Möglichkeit, Badesachen zu trocknen. Die getrennten Betten rutschten oft auseinander und die Schlafcouch war sehr hart. Wasser gab es lediglich in der Minibar. Der Service war durchweg sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück bot ein gutes Standardangebot, wenngleich die Bedienung teilweise sehr langsam war. Das Abendessen war ein durchschnittliches Standardbuffet, ergänzt durch die Option, Tagesgerichte zu bestellen. An der Bar variierte die Cocktailzubereitung stark. Die Lage ist sehr gut für Tagesausflüge geeignet.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage, abseits vom Trubel des lebhaften Faliraki, welche wir uns bewusst deswegen ausgesucht hatten. Hervorzuheben in diesem Hotel ist das überaus freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Personal, insbesondere im Restaurant und beim Poolservice. Auch in Stress Situationen, bei hoher Gästefrequenz und großer Hitze, wird der Gast freundlich begrüßt. Das haben wir tatsächlich noch in keinem anderen Hotel in so einer Ausgeprägtheit erlebt. Im Restaurant wird man am Eingang von mehreren Mitarbeitern freundlich begrüßt und zu einem freien Tisch geleitet, welcher sofort vom aufmerksamen Personal frisch eingedeckt wird. Besonders hervorzuheben ist hier Valentina, die stets aufmerksam war und eine freundliche Ansprache für jeden Gast parat hatte. Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant verloren auch nicht die Contenance, als sich die englischen Gäste jeden Morgen die Tupperdosen mit Aufschnitt und Brötchen zum Mitnehmen voll stopften 😉. Die Quantität der angebotenen Speisen am Morgen als auch am Abend ist überdurchschnittlich groß, die Qualität der zubereiteten Speisen ist leider nicht gut und kommt eher einem 3 Sterne Haus nahe. Dennoch findet man immer irgendetwas was man essen kann. Grundsätzlich vielleicht weniger Gerichte, aber dafür hochwertigere Qualität anbieten. Der Strand ist leider sehr kieselig und ein Einstieg ins Wasser ist aufgrund der steilen Wasserkante nichts für Unsportliche. Handtücher konnte man in benötigter Anzahl kosten- und pfandfrei an der Poolbar erh.

Comme toujours, hôtel très agréable. Propre et confortable, personnel adorable et compétent . Chambre spacieuse. Lobster night à tester absolument. Petit déjeuner très copieux
