Rhine Valley hotel rooms a the Sorell Hotels

The hotel is quaint and homely; nothing modern. But location is great. From our room, we have a wonderful view of the Old Bridge. And the hotel is right in the Old Town, which is the best location to explore the area and the Heidelberg Castle. But room service has a lot to be improved on. There were a lot of times I would call Reception and no one answers. There is no in-room free coffee or tea and if you call for room service, the price is more expensive, plus you have to pay for room service....

Our room, which luckily was available by 11 am had a balcony with a view of an old tower. We had an amazing stay in this hotel. Location was also perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location is good. Just cross the street to Train stop and bus stop. If taking a cab, only about 10 euro. Very easy to come back from SAP Arena. Easy train access to Heidelberg as well. Spacious toilet for family of 4, good food in room service

This was only a 3star hotel but for European hotel standards and service Origami was remarkably like a 5 star hotel. Staffs are nice and helpful. Rooms are superb and beds are comfortable. Been so long since i have a sleep very well in a hotel like this.
