"Amazing location, right in the heart of the old part of town. Quaint and quirky. You can see its a very old building, and the way it has been modernised is definitely keeping in character."

"Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Atrium is amazing. Location right on the Rhine, near the old city and walking zone. Room was very clean. Some items are dated. Fitness center is small and basic but enough to get a workout done. Nice little pool, sauna and steam room. The Belvedere restaurant is very nice with wonderful views of the Rhine and the church. We enjoyed our stay and would return."

"We booked a premium room and we asked to be put in a room that over looks the train tracks at the back, the person on reception said no problem but when we got to room we were looking out the front. It's not a big deal but if no rooms available just say, don't lie"
