"I still don't understand how this hotel made it to your platform. You need to review some hotels before you put up for customers. I check-in at night, but I found it difficult to believe that it's actually a hotel. I've to go out to double check on if the address is right. I branded it Ghost hotel. I was very terrified. I spent 2 nights without meeting a single person. You guys have to remove this House of Baron 2 from your website. "

"This was really a boarding house. I was given my one towel when checking in. There was no TP or soap of any kind. It looked as though there was one employee, and when she was done, good luck getting any help. And there were no female guests, just a bunch of young men. No mention of a wifi password, but since I only speak English and the host spoke a language that was not German, I suspect getting a password would have been futile. But, the spartan room was clean and in good condition."

"The room itself was OK, and the "hotel" was not so difficult to find. The problem was access. I got a message in German, but not being German it was not of any help. I could see a code on it, I guess to access the hotel, but it did not work. I called for help, and the phone was answered and was manager was helpful. I was able to get into the building. "Very spacious apartment. We traveled with adult children and each one had their own bathroom. Loved making our own breakfasts in our kitchens! I already have recommended this spot. The getting around we did have to drive as some of the trains near us were not running the days we went. Other than that we loved the space we rented 2 ' 2 bedroom apartments"

"Fantastic rooms for families and in a great location for exploring Heidelberg! Staff were lovely and welcoming and the room is very well equipped. We opted not to go for breakfast so can't comment on the food, but the drinks at the bar were great. Would definitely stay again, by far our best stay in Heidelberg so far!!"

"Hotel was clean, quiet and staff were great. A little far from old Heidelberg but a 9 stop ride on Tram 26 makes it easy to get back and forth in less than 15mins. Travelling with a family of four and our room had two large single bunk beds for the kids and one queen for the parents. The price of our room was super cheap for two nights. Had breakfast on the second day it is was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for a family. "
