"When booking the property, I specifically asked that we (2 guests) are provided an extra bedding as we prefer sleeping warm. We were never provided it, despite multiple follow-ups with the manager (who even promised we would get it). ´ Also, the website indicates regular cleaning and during 1 week stay, the apartment was neither cleaned nor have we received fresh towels, toilet paper etc. We were explained by the manager that regular means once a week. "Nicht nur, dassxeinem der Automat den Zimmerschlüssel vor die Füße wirft, die Zimmer waren schmutzig, der Fußboden klebrig, in der Toilette waren die Überreste des Vorgängers, die Bettwäsche war fleckig und mit Haaren gespickt... Letztendlich haben wir keine halbe Stunde nach dem Einchecken wieder ausgecheckt. "The check-in experience was bad, I didn't get the required link ahead of time and had to worry and crumble for it late at night. The rest of the experience was great, clean room with good facilities."

"Stayed in the Juliet room. The place is okay. Penny grocery store just down the street was nice. But the kitchen is kinda gross and smelly. The bathroom is fairly clean. The bed is worn out from having a single person sleep on it so you both roll into the middle which sucks. Friendly host. It's passable but I wouldn't recommend to my friends. "

"What a quirky hotel, first time staying in aMoxy. as I entered the hotel soothing music was playing, an image was projected on the floor 'Welcome to the Moxy,, Check In on the 5th Floor'. Greeted with a smile, check-in was effortless. I was also given a token to get a welcome drink from the bar (I had al ocal beer - Kolsch). The hallways on the 3rd floor were marked with yellow lines (planes follow at the airport), there was a taxiway, runway and a hangar. In the room it was also very quirky with aviation themed fittings. I went to the bat got my drink and went out onto the ipen air terrace on the 5th floor where you can see the ariport action take offs and landings etc. The proximity to Cologne Airport and Station was a 3 minute walk. Overall an excellent hotel."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. Most of the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean in all areas and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, the pool, sauna and steam were in good working order. The service at the 24/7 bar was excellent. The location was really good, lots of travel facilities and plenty of local restaurants etc. Beautiful views of the river from the rear of the building. The only downside was no complimentary late check out (most hotels do offer this). However, besides that minor point, would recommend a stay at this hotel for sure. "

"The staff are lovely and helpful, they printed out conference papers for me and were always very efficient. Breakfast is a huge spread and worth it. Walk down Severinstraße to the Severinstorburg and you'll find a market, lots of cafes, restaurants and more. Also don't miss the Katzentempel cafe if you are a cat fan. "
