"Das Nuki-System an der Tür war nicht korrekt angebracht. Es war eher Glück, dass sich die Tür überhaupt öffnen ließ. Bei einem der Fernseher fehlte die Fernbedienung, sodass er nicht benutzt werden konnte. Im Badezimmer war die Nutzung des Föhns nahezu lebensgefährlich: Das Kabel war beschädigt, die Isolierung teilweise offen, und der Stecker hing lose aus der Wand. "Wir waren bereits mehrfach in diesem Hotel, das jetzt unter neuer Leitung steht. Aber ansonsten hat sich nichts geändert. Insgesamt empfehlenswert, große saubere Zimmer und das Frühstück war wieder sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig bei einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Und der Service war sehr gut, die Mitarbeiterinnen waren alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. "

"Bis mir jemand öffnete, dauerte es 20 Minuten und es war nur Zufall, daß ich entdeckt wurde. Auf meine Telefonate reagierte niemand, niemand nahm ab. Die Mitarbeiter/innen bewergten sich bis auf eine ohne Maske im ganzen Hotel. Mein Zimmer (5) hatte eine durchgängig schimmlige Geruchsnote.
