"We loved our stay at the Sunset Cottage! It was one of our favorite places we stayed during our 10 days in Iceland. The cottage itself is located over a hill, several hundred meters away from the main buildings, and provides s lot of privacy. It was quiet and clean with wide open views of the countryside. We had breakfast on our last day ~$21USD/person), and it was great. We also ate at the restaurant onsite for several dinners so that we could enjoy the lovely waterfall view and delicious food....

"I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Borgarnes. Our room was spacious with all of the amenities you could want. Beds were comfortable and the view was beautiful and it was enjoyable to watch golfers on the 18th green. And as others have said, the breakfast was amazing and delicious. It was by far the best free breakfast we have had while in Iceland accomodations. "
