"Front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was fun for the kids. It was very warm in the water and pool area, even though it was below zero and windy outside!!!"

"Elevator advertised however staff refused to operate elevator for me even though they knew I am handicapped. I asked for a room on a lower floor and they refused. Mattress and box spring placed on floor. Staff entered room to snoop each time I left, they even left the door unlocked. Staff did not inform me of UPS package pickup so they could keep items after I checked out. Infested with Bed Bugs. Someone from the staff followed me around town on my errands. Police told me it was condemned to be closed in 2 weeks - -and there was a sign that said something about it but it was still open. "
