"I originally booked at this hotel, which subsequently suffered a cyber attack that exposed my booking details to hackers. This led to a sophisticated phishing attack targeting me directly. What’s most troubling is that the hotel made no effort to notify affected guests, leaving us unaware that criminals now had access to our personal information and travel plans. A simple warning to be vigilant about suspicious communications could have made a real difference. Given their complete disregard for customer safety, I stayed elsewhere."
