"Very good food and hospitality "

"Liked the fact its walkable to beach, food was good, very pricey for New Year's eve. Bathroom was out dated, the toilet cover kept falling off. Other than that its a good place to stay. I would suggest increase more entertainment and other activities. Had a good new years party. "

I had a room on the ground floor next to the kitchen/laundry/ staff rest room so there was constant noise from early morning to late at night. The room also looked out onto the road so the village ladies would sit on the wall around the lake in the evening and gossip. And on my last night a group from out of state came to party in the restaurant on the floor above so it sounded like a nightclub until 1:30 am. The...

"The property is nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the stay. However the service is terrible as there is no means of communication with the front desk. Also multiple times, request for breakfast , water etc took lot of time. We are early risers and need breakfast early. They served at 10AM!!. They need to improve their service drastically."

"Experience was ordinary, room quality poor, hospitality by staff was bad, location to resort not convenient. Only saving grace was food which was of good quality and value for money. Reception executive pathetic in behaviour. Charged 1000/- extra per kid without any addon in room just to cover occupancy & breakfast."
