"When we checked in there was a mistake that was made with our room, they had accidentally check someone into our room. They more more than accommodating and apologetic to correct the issue. This hotel is really neat and clean. The rooms were nicely decorated in a fun way. The beds were AMAZING. We will definitely stay here again when in Dallas."

"The picture showed a kitchenette with a fridge and sink. The room had a mini fridge. I have a medically complex toddler and rented at this hotel because of the pictures. We left early (not because of this, he got sick) but it was a pain to store and warm up his food. "

I was awaken very early one morning by hotel staff banging on neighbors door and yelling while performing a “wellness” check, this was followed by Dallas PD doing the same thing. You can hear everything, from people in the hallway to the cars/train 13 floors up outside. "
