Monica, Samuel, Destiny, Pablo, Julia, and Juan (and the rest of the team, sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names) consistently go above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Also, the shows are really great. There’s entertainment every time, live bands and new talents too. Shoutout to Ana Camila & Destiny, and Soul Drivers for a fantastic performance as always. "We picked this hotel be sod it’s convenient location. We did online check in, and when we got there, our rooms were ready. Rooms are modern, classy and clean. The best part is their customer services. We were assisted by Camilo and German. Both are fantastic and helpful. "

"The hotel was very welcoming. They left a welcome note and a small gift upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious, and housekeeping is done daily. The hotel is not very close to the city center, but it’s only a 2-minute walk to the nearest metro station. I recommend asking the concierge for the shortcut to the metro, as Google Maps shows a 10-minute walk while the shortcut is much faster."
